By booking, purchasing, or receiving any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Liability Waiver.
If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

2. The Agreement
These Terms, together with:
Your booking confirmation or receipt, and any signed waiver or consent forms constitute a binding agreement between you and Selah Studio Ltd.
3. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on our Site. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4. Services
Selah offers wellness-focused services, which may include:
- Sauna therapy
- Compression therapy
- Contrast therapy (heat and cold exposure)
- Red light therapy
- IV therapy (administered under licensed medical supervision)
Services:
- May vary over time
- Are subject to availability
- May be modified or discontinued at our discretion
All Services are provided for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
5. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily participating in wellness activities
- You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before participating, especially if you have any underlying health conditions
- Certain services (including contrast therapy and IV therapy) may involve physical or medical risks
For IV therapy:
- Services are administered under the supervision of a licensed medical professional
- Additional medical consent forms may be required
- Eligibility is subject to medical screening and approval
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any Service where it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Age Policy
Individuals under 16 are not permitted to receive Services
Individuals aged 16–17 must:
- Have a parent or legal guardian present
Provide signed consent - IV therapy is restricted to individuals 18 years and older
7. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments can be made online or through approved booking channels.
Cancellations
Must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled time
Late cancellations incur a USD $30 fee
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge equal to the full value of the booked Service
Late Arrivals
Sessions will not be extended
Late arrival may reduce your session time
By booking, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your payment method.
8. Studio Conduct
To maintain a calm and hygienic environment:
- Follow all posted studio rules and staff instructions
- No pets allowed (except certified service animals)
- Respect other clients and staff
We reserve the right to deny access or Services for inappropriate behaviour.
9. Payments
All prices are listed in USD
Payments are processed via approved online payment providers (e.g. PayPal, 2Checkout)
A valid payment method is required to secure bookings
You authorize Selah to charge your payment method for:
- Services
- Membership fees
- Cancellation or no-show fees
10. Refund Policy
All Services are non-refundable once used
Prepaid Services, memberships, and packages are non-refundable
Retail items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original condition
11. Prepaid Services (Credits)
Prepaid packages include a set number of credits redeemable for Services.
Credits are non-transferable
Credits expire 60 days from date of issue
Unused credits after expiry are forfeited
Credits are not redeemable for cash
12. Memberships
Memberships operate on a recurring monthly basis.
Billing
Memberships automatically renew monthly
Credits are issued upon successful payment
Credit Usage
Credits expire 60 days after issuance
Cancellation
Requires 30 days written notice
You may use remaining credits during your final billing period
Unused credits after this period are forfeited
General
Memberships are non-transferable
Prices may be adjusted with prior notice
13. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward Services only
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
Gift cards are subject to expiry as stated at purchase
14. Loss or Damage of Property
Selah is not responsible for:
Lost
Stolen
Damaged personal belongings
You are advised to leave valuables at home.
15. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or discontinue Services
Suspend or terminate memberships
Deny access to the Studio
Where necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago:
Selah Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our Services
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your use of our Services is at your own risk.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selah Studio Ltd, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:
Your use of Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
18. Electronic Communications
You agree that:
Communications may be sent electronically
Electronic agreements and confirmations are legally binding
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
20. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Selah
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
